Solid Torque Drives™

Solid Torque™ drives are engineered to withstand loads that are typically too much for standard plastic sprockets, gears, and timing belt pulleys. Inserting a stainless steel hexagonal insert effectively increases the load rating of the unit by spreading the force of the torque over a much larger area.

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
