Our machined and molded set collars also called shaft collars are generally used to locate sprockets or other components such as bearing on shafts. Our parts are typically used in the wastewater industry to locate 720 sprockets on both the drive and idler shafts. DPI produces a variety of different bore sizes and materials.

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
