Diversified Plastics’ non-metallic self-aligning bearing housings are an excellent replacement for cast iron units. These housings are designed for applications where chemical resistance and easy clean-up or FDA/USDA approval is a necessity. They can be made with or without grease grooves and Zerks for plastic or standard self-aligning inserts. We manufacture parts in a variety of different styles to accommodate many different bore sizes or inserts.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
