Helical gears are machined custom to fit all applications and equipment. Compared to spur gears, Helical gears have a larger contact ratio and excel in quietness due to less vibration. This makes them more ideal for high load applications as the load is distributed among several axes which also reduces wear. Any tooth count or bore size can be accommodated.

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
