These conveyor rollers are specifically used in the egg processing industry and were designed as an OEM replacement part. The OEM parts were failing due to chemical attack, low wear life, and bending. We worked with our egg farm partners to design this replacement roller that eliminates chemical attack, increases wear life, and is harder to bend.

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
