Sector

DPI uses it’s multi-fab technology to produce these extremely large molded sectors. Sector bodies are used in tandem on the inside of a disc filter. Disk filters are used for dewatering slurry most often in the mining industry. Many different sizes are available. Also note we also manufacture the sector necks.

Pouring liquid urethane into molds and allowing it to cure is a proven method for creating parts in a multitude of shapes, sizes and durometers.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
