These rollers stack side by side to convey and size food usually fruit or vegetables. Sizing rollers are offered in a variety of durometers (hardness) to fit your requirements. All roller styles are FDA approved and available in multiple colors. These products are most commonly used in the potato industry where not only do they size the product, but they also knockoff dirt that may be stuck to the potatoes. Standard sizes are available and custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
