DPI’s Fresh Air usually comes from seeing a problem with fresh eyes and putting our innovation to work to come up with solutions. In that way, it isn’t much different that how we work with our customers. In this case, we had heard about Bill’s difficulty helping his wife get the bath time she needs. As you can see, our solution helped Bill do the caregiving he needed to do without the physical difficulty of getting it done.
