New Addition and New Mold Machine Shortens Lead Times
In our ongoing commitment to meet your custom plastic component needs and exceed production expectations, we are excited to announce we have significantly expanded our Missoula, Montana manufacturing space.
Our new 50,000-square foot facility is home to additional machines and capabilities, including a 311oz injection-molding machine, which is our 9th injection molding machine and one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest.
While we have always taken on tight deadlines and high demands, the new space and extra machines allow us to serve our customers and streamline our processes even better, shortening lead times for you. Our new machine can:
- Injection mold up to 20 lbs of plastic
- Clamping force over 1,100 tons
- Run molds as large as 4’x5’
