The largest drum screen in North America, manufactured by Ovivo, uses our injection molded drum screen panels and huge machined nylon gears to help screen 343 million gallons of water per day. We are very proud to be involved in it! We have had a great relationship with Ovivo for nearly two decades. They have trusted us to produce a multitude of products manufactured across multiple departments including injection molding, machining, and cast urethane.

Urethane Casting

Pouring liquid urethane into molds and allowing it to cure is a proven method for creating parts in a multitude of shapes, sizes and durometers.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
