Tipple arm bodies are constructed of either UHMW or polyurethane, depending on customers’ preference. They are available with a solid style nose, or with replaceable nylon “live” nose roller. The lightweight of UHMW allows the arm to cycle quicker with less inertia. Custom styles and tooth counts available upon request.

Pouring liquid urethane into molds and allowing it to cure is a proven method for creating parts in a multitude of shapes, sizes and durometers.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
