Jaw Clutch Assembly

Jaw clutch assemblies are often used with 78 chain and allow for easy engagement/disengagement of the sprocket teeth with the chain. These are made both universal and unidirectional styles. These Non-metallic shear pin sprockets will protect down line equipment without threat of seizure due to corrosion. Traditionally these parts were made of metallic materials but our improved assembly was designed to improve wear life and eliminate failure due to corrosion. Different tooth counts and bore sizes are available upon request.

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
