J Hooks are molded in over 36 different sizes and styles to fit a variety of chains and attachments. These can be overmolded on a steel plate to give extra strength around the bolt holes. Custom sizes can be accommodated upon request.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
