Diverter Arms

Diverter arms are molded from impact resistant, low friction UHMW, and polyurethane. They are orange in color and very economical. The lightweight construction allows the arm to tip up and down quickly with low inertia. We have a large selection of molded sizes available. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Pouring liquid urethane into molds and allowing it to cure is a proven method for creating parts in a multitude of shapes, sizes and durometers.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
