Polyurethane sector necks are components that attach to the sector bodies that are used in tandem on the inside of a disc filter. Disk filters are used for dewatering slurry most often in the mining industry. Many different sizes are available. We also manufacture the sectors themselves.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
