MILL CHAIN SPROCKET

Diversified Plastics’ mill chain sprockets are offered in your choice of UHMW, polyurethane, or nylon. They provide impact and corrosion resistance while at the same time protecting your chain and reducing operating noise. UHMW idler sprockets require no lubrication. Polyurethane and nylon sprockets are provided with grease Zerks. Our drive sprockets include a bolt on steel hub plate and are offered in your preferred taper lock style, or in straight bore.

Urethane Casting

Pouring liquid urethane into molds and allowing it to cure is a proven method for creating parts in a multitude of shapes, sizes and durometers.

Thermoforming

Forming plastic sheet material with heat and pressure is a very cost-effective and versatile process with low set-up and tooling costs, making it efficient for low volume runs.
